I am a value based leader, ​​and I believe that the successes of tomorrow goes to companies that have responsibility as the core of their strategy and business, not only in their CSR plan. I want to bring with me to the board or company I%27m working with room for everybody to feel their are allowed to try and fail, together with the team.

Working in FMCG industry, I have learned not only management skills, but have become also sales, marketing and a product and brand building professional. As a CEO of a small but well known company I have had an active role in marketing, and I wish to bring marketing as a hot topic to board discussions.

I think companies that would most benefit from my expertise are those launching new products or services, needing help in building a product/service range into a brand, wanting a professional who has worked in a value based company and seen how that effects all decisions, start up FMCG companies a few to mention.
