Karsten brings with him 20+ years of experience from the global IT-industry. He uses this experience to guide clients in managing their vendor ecosystem. Drafting sourcing strategies is at the core of everything he does. He helps clients running commercial processes, RFPs, drafting legal agreements, and vendor evaluation. He has also worked as interim procurement manager and understand procurement processes and vendor management.
The last few years Karsten has worked primarily in highly regulated sectors like energy and finance. He understands the complex regulations like DORA and NIS2 and is an excellent advisor for any company in these sectors.
