I’m Retal Executive, who will search outlook place, where to work near digitalisation, hr business and strategy planing. I’m also interesting to work with developing, chain management and kick off situation. In those places I have done best results during my long career with good planing/systematic follow-up with sales team and developing new business and coaching team members. I have been several times with M&A projects as member or solving problems as manager position. I have coaching lot of teams and recruiting hundreds of people. I have also been with start up/exit cases as entrepreneuer/partner three times.

I have been working in retail business 30 years and I have been board member of the management teams in 5 companies. I have open as a chief kick off officer 8 new dealers and been as charge of b2b business 5 times in Finnish biggest auto retail companies. I also knew every main buying persons in Finlands TOP 100 companies and every financial companies management people. Last year I was member of the board in AKL develope team (Finnish Auto Retail Federation). My new book %22Verkkokaupan käsikirja 2019%22 was published in summer 2019 (Books on Demand GMbH 2019)
