I am a senior bilingual lawyer, HR professional and board advisor with 25 years’ board level and executive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, guiding organizations through complex regulatory change, business critical funding rounds, and structural leadership transformations. I possess proven ability to navigate complex board dynamics, build consensus, and drive strategic decisions in both founder-led and investor-backed environments.

 Governance, Compliance and Risk Management: served as Corporate Secretary and Exco Member and set up Risk and Audit Committees. Initiated legal and compliance functions, creating effective risk and control frameworks.

 Financial Leadership: controlled substantial P&L. Led successful Series A and Series B fundraising, identifying and negotiating with institutional and UHNW investors. Drove substantial cost savings to return business to positive cash flow.

 Board and Stakeholder Management: worked extensively with C-level executives, boards, investors and regulatory bodies, promoting data-driven analysis and influencing strategy, planning, commercial decision-making and execution.
