I am professional manufacturing leader with multiple roles and tasks in my work history. I have worked in direct production leader roles as production supervisor, production manager, plant manager and as a factory director in Finland and in China, altogether close to 20 years. My greatest achievements during those days are to building up local supply chain and enhanced factory operations including people coaching and growth support in China at mid 2000’s. Another great example of my skills is the process standardisation and new product family production ramp-up alongside with organisation%27s skills development in plant in Finland, where complex telecommunication switching products were manufactured.
Past 10+ years I have worked in global manufacturing development organisation carrying out various roles in quality management, Lean manufacturing, manufacturing strategy development and -implementation, risk management, performance management and manufacturing IT. In this period my biggest two achievements are initiating and starting Lean manufacturing program in global factory network and developing and implementing global manufacturing strategy together with the stakeholders.
My strengths are courage to try, working together with people and to improve the efficiency and output of your production process.
