I%27ve spent over 20 years at one of the world%27s largest active asset managers, where I sit on the Investment Committee and advise leadership on investment policy, governance and risk. I design the frameworks that let large organizations evolve deliberately: liquidity, derivatives, concentration, capacity and new products. I%27m a CFA charterholder, President of the LA Arboretum Foundation, where I also led our CEO search, and am co-founder of Finlet, a regulated fintech for children and teens. That mix means I can sit comfortably in a board room and also partner with a founding team.
