I’m an accomplished and driven senior executive with 23 years post-MBA experience (31 years overall) building and leading teams. Built and led multi-functional international teams (including general managers, sales, account management, product and marketing) over 23 years post-MBA career (31 years overall)
cxLoyalty (Chief Commercial Officer) – Managed over 550 FTEs and Revenue of c.$150m in 10 markets across Europe, Latin America and Africa. Vertical focus on ecommerce, travel, telco, retail banking and insurance. In addition, I led the product development team that digitized cxLoyalty product offering globally for shopping and cyber security products.
The Healing Company (Chief Financial Officer) – Led the formation of the eCommerce roll-up business focused on the $400 billion health and wellness space. Responsibilities include SEC reporting, capital raise ($10m seed and $150m credit facility), cash management and M&A execution (Your Super, a leading super foods company, and Chopra Global, a leading ayurvedic and meditation business).
Originated, negotiated, and executed 30 M&A transactions in 12 countries with a total value of $7.0bn since 2000. Extensive experience in managing and integrating acquisitions post transaction.
Strong track record of delivering growth and operational efficiencies at PE-backed (Apollo Global Management, Advent International, General Atlantic and Elliott Management) companies.
