I’m Julio Lamberty, a senior innovation and product development executive with 30+ years across beauty, personal care, and consumer health. I currently lead R&D and innovation for a private-equity backed platform at Advantice Health and previously led global innovation at Paula’s Choice. My strength is translating science, formulation, and consumer insight into scalable growth and enterprise value.
