I am the CEO and Founder of AnyGood?, a platform where a diverse network of professionals recommend other professionals for roles. Prior to this my background was delivering multi £m change programmes. After 20 years building high performing teams, my frustration with the process for recruitment collided with opportunity and the rise of sharing economy. In order to secure the success of AnyGood? I have researched the sharing economy since 2008, gaining an in-depth understanding of the various operating models.

I am also Chair of Sharing Economy UK, the trade body for sharing platforms, which works in partnership with the CBI. I support the growth of the sharing economy, maximising and highlighting its economic, social and environmental impact, enabling each business and the economy to reach its true potential. This has resulted in deep knowledge of start-ups, network effects, two/three sided marketplaces, platform strategies and scaling. In addition, I am actively involved in providing input into Government regulations, policies and proposed taxation of platforms.
