I am a highly skilled and driven health care business consultant, with experience leading fertility and healthcare clinics on three continents. I was the founding director and CEO of Complete Fertility Ltd in 2011 (www.completefertility.co.uk) which was acquired by Virtus Health in 2018 (www.virtushealth.com.au). Complete Fertility is now the market leader in fertility for the South of England. I led the consulting programme for Virtus Health forging strategic partnerships with high value clients. I work with private equity companies on acquisitions, due diligence and transitions and advise innovative health tech start ups.

I have an in depth knowledge of all aspects of a business, from commercial development, compliance and HR to M&A (from both sides), strategy, operations, marketing and finance. I am a board member of a number of successful and growing businesses.

I am a good fit for start ups or established organisations. My background is in healthcare, but my skills are adaptable to most industries.
