I left my job as a business director to become an entrepreneur in July 2008. After three months Lehman Brothers filed for Chapter 11 and killed the consulting business. I ended up selling my car, buying an old Volvo, sometimes sleeping in it during my few business trips as I had no money for a hotel.

Hard work paid off, as in 2012 I made a contract with an international Austrian-based HR company to establish a subsidiary in Finland, later leading to becoming an equity owner of Career Partners International, a US based outplacement company. Everything went down south due to the fact I could not find business partners.

I used to be #4 productization expert in Finland, getting priceless skills from Jari Parantainen of Noste. In May 2017 I was headhunted back to being employed, and during the same year I completed the leadership certificate from John C. Maxwell Team.

I am best with companies with little resources and huge targets. Helping to avoid the potholes I stumbled in, and benefit from the things I should have done.
