I have served as the CEO and shareholder for 23 years (2001–2024), building a globally operating engineering software product company and a scalable business model from a 10-person start-up. The company (Cadmatic Group) has now customers in 60 countries and its own offices in 17 countries. In 2024, the turnover reached €40 million. Starting in 2025, I will continue as a board member, senior advisor, and continue as a shareholder of the company.
I have been also working as a member of the management team of the international engineering company (2002–2023, Elomatic Group).
Additionally I have selected board memberships in commercial organizations as well as trustee responsibilities, e.g. Technology Industry of Finland ry and Turku School for Economics Association.
My competences include

In my career, I have been a respected and well-liked leader and colleague. who has grown a small 10-person software company into a fully international engineering software company that is one of the market leaders in its field. We utilize the latest technologies, and a diverse culture has always been an important part of the company%27s growth and operational culture.
Through my education (DI-industrial engineering and management, eMBA, HHJ), work, and networks, I have gained a broad understanding of the technology industry, in particular IT, maritime, process, mechanical and construction industries.
As a testament to this, Software Finland ry named me Software Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023, and the Turku Chamber of Commerce awarded Cadmatic the ICT Company of the Year award in 2020.
I am curious and determined, and I get along easily with all kinds of people. I stay up-to-date, enjoy developing myself, and have actively participated in recent leadership training related to both operational management and board work.
My lifelong curiosity and desire to experience new things are also demonstrated by fulfilling a long-time dream of sailing across the Atlantic in 2022. In addition to sailing, I enjoy playing the guitar, skiing, and golfing.
