I%27m a design culture enthusiast, who is most in his element when building and fostering happy creative teams. I%27ve had the priviledge of holding several creative direction, design strategy, and design program management positions, both sides of the table, giving me a rare perspective as to how different kinds of organizations should effectively embrace design thinking in their daily operations.

Over the recent years, I%27ve also roamed organizations as a nomad Cultural Change Agent, specializing in helping companies and non-profits of all sizes with the large-scale change management that needs to happen when shifting to the next gear in human-centered practices. On that note, I%27m now looking to expand my impact towards board memberships and more permanent advisory roles.
