I have 20 years of experience leading the companies or business units. I have been leading 5 different company/business. All of those have been in the phase when radical change management practices and turn around activities needed to improve the most important KPI%27s.

Results has not been done by my personal actions but more by motivating people to innovate and act to implement new way of working.

At the moment I am a personal trainer of ledership. I am utilizing my own leadership experience as well as high rank executive coach education in order to support managing directors and other executives to achieve their targets. I have methods to support executives to know themselves better and to find blind spots of their leadeship. I have also methods to identify stress level and procedures to find better balance in life. My executive customers are individual leaders and also management teams. One typical customer is a leader who has just promoted for higher position.
