I am a highly experienced CIO and CDO with extensive experience in transforming companies through digital and IT in multiple industries, including Media, Real Estate, Learning and especially in Healthcare. All of my roles have consisted of both B2B and B2C business models simultaneously. I can help companies at a strategic and tactical level by bridging the gap between the business and Digital/IT through methodologies with proven track records. In many cases one should start from defining what good looks like in digital transformation, and I am definitely capable of helping with this.

I would be most useful to companies that are scaling up their digital operations, re-organizing processes and improving value streams, and pushing forward their CX through digital. M&A operations, integrations and synergy drivers have also been at the core of my duties. Last thing to mention is the experience of a large-scale IPO where I had a central role in creating the story of forerunner and building growth through digital and IT operations.
