I bring practical leadership experience from the energy, power distribution and critical infrastructure sectors, with a strong background in control room operations, electricity networks, maintenance, operational resilience and safety-critical environments. I have led operational teams, developed ways of working in 24/7 environments and worked across technical, operational and stakeholder interfaces.
What makes me valuable as an advisor or board member is my ability to connect strategy with operational reality. I understand how decisions affect people, processes, reliability, safety, customers and long-term asset performance. I bring a pragmatic, risk-aware and development-oriented perspective, especially in organisations where continuity, operational performance, technical capability and stakeholder trust are central.
