As the owner%27s and developer%27s representative, I have assumed technical and commercial budget responsibility in project development, construction implementation and building management. The integrated focus on construction and operation showed me the levers for more sustainability and its evaluation.

I am a generalist expert across the entire real estate life cycle. Since 1992, I have accompanied individual project development investments of up to 350 million euros or total investments of 660 million euros in all project management stages.

My influence encourages people to come together with their specialised talents and skills to achieve extraordinary results. My contribution is the mutual exchange of information on goals and opportunities, reaching agreements and bringing together results. I have developed my skills in technical project management, technical asset management and through professional and disciplinary staff responsibility in construction companies and architectural firms.

Companies with new services and/or products that want to develop their impact beyond traditional-structural processing boundaries can benefit from my experience.
Examples of this are BIM or the input of FM operating experience in the real estate development process. Likewise, my experience can be of interest in increasing the self-sufficiency of real estate in order to increase resilience against public utility disruptions.
