As a female board member, I contribute my experience in business growth strategies, risk mitigation, and a diverse and inclusive perspective on leadership and team development. I know firsthand that the success of a start-up, scale-up or established business is truly maximised, not only by being innovative and agile, but by having a motivated and energised executive team, supported by a proactive and engaged board.
An international business growth leader, with deep experience in Digital Technology, Energy, Utilities, Smart Buildings, Cloud Networks, SaaS, Telecom and Critical Infrastructure business sectors.
In addition, I also founded and managed my own B2B company in the business services sector.
My career has been largely shaped by the evolution of digital technologies, and their impact on businesses, over the last twenty-five years. And my business insights draw on these years of experience leading multi-national, multi-cultural teams, delivering digital technology-led business-growth in high-pressure environments. Including seventeen years in Cisco, BP and AT&T international sales teams.
I have worked with start-up, scale-up and multinational companies across North America, EMEA and Asia - so I understand the complexity, operational challenges and business potential of multinational market expansion.
My peers and clients appreciate my key skillset for being willing to challenge the status-quo and my ability to take a holistic view of a business and the eco-system it operates and competes in.
