Jouni Karvo

I am a Business Professional, with some 40 years’ experience in advising customers in
strategy design and execution, business planning, development and performance
enhancement, restructuring, sell and buy side M&A, IPOs, and finance arrangements.

I have worked as a business analyst, management consultant, corporate financier and
advisor with start-up’s, growth companies, small and medium sized corporations, as well
as local, multi local and global companies.

During my career I have been involved in more than 350 consulting, corporate-finance
and advisory engagements. I have advised businesses with a variety of development
phases, challenges and opportunities in many industries and service sectors.

At present I mainly work at the board level, advising owners, entrepreneurs, boards,
executive teams and directors of start-up and growth -companies. My combined board
experience is more than 45 years.

I am an easygoing personality with good command of group dynamics, teambuilding,
and sensitivity of the situation. I%27m experienced with multicultural environments and equipped
with capacity to quickly understand business dynamics and industry logic, he is very
adaptable to change.
