Developing things, processes, and people is a passion of mine. I believe in people development as one important way to motivate.

My own leadership style is a coaching one. I support and mentor if needed, too.

I am an innovator myself, like to think out of the box. Many times I have been called as a sparring partner in a team because I tend to ask a lot of questions. I ask a lot in order to understand the situation and as many reasons as possible and to make sure that the best possible has been done.

I also ask because I know I don%27t know everything and there%27s always someone who knows better. Often the questions lead to new ideas, improvements, and even innovations.
