Un consejero que SUMA con una MENTE INNOVADORA
Consejero que SUMA, lo que se manifiesta:
a) Enriqueciendo la estrategia, al incorporar a la misma aspectos de transformación relacionados bien con ORGANIZACIÓN, o bien con MODELO DE NEGOCIO, o bien con PROCESOS, o bien con la búsqueda de la EXCELENCIA, entendida ésta como el hacer posible comportamientos más inteligentes (%22Enable smarter behaviours%22) y todo ello bajo una visión amplia que me lleva a encontrar información relevante en organizaciones referentes, la cual soy capaz de traducir/bajar a la realidad de mi organización/entorno cercano, concretándola a través de actuaciones/proyectos/objetivos.
b) Fortaleciendo al equipo del Consejo. Soy un jugador de equipo, que entiende que los miembros de un Consejo formamos un equipo de alto rendimiento, y ésto se ha de notar en el fuerte compromiso de todos y cada uno de sus miembros por configurar un proyecto ganador. Aporto por tanto mis habilidades y conocimientos al logro de los objetivos comunes mediante un comportamiento proactivo basado en la diversidad que ofrece mi experiencia y mi perspectiva para enriquecer la dinámica del grupo y permitir el abordaje de los desafíos desde múltiples enfoques.
Una MENTE INNOVADORA, con estas dimensiones claras:
a) Riesgo. Tolerante al riesgo. Sistemático a la hora de identificarlo, gestionarlo y minimizar su impacto y también a la hora de diferenciar qué representa innovación y qué representa mejora.
b) Emprendimiento. Espíritu emprendedor que se acompaña del análisis y la toma de decisión bajo el criterio “viable, factible, escalable”, a la hora de diseñar soluciones para cubrir bien las necesidades o bien las expectativas de los clientes
c) Pensamiento ambidextro. La utilización de ambas funciones, por un lado: explorar (descubrir nuevos horizontes) y por el otro: explotar (hacer mejor lo que estamos haciendo) (Ambidexterity)
d) Ecosistemas. Colaborar para descubrir nuevas oportunidades (ecosystem partnerships)

I am a team player, who understands that the members of a Board form a high-performance team, and this has to be noticed in the strong commitment of each and every one of its members to configure a winning Project. Therefore, I contribute my skills and knowledge to the achievement of common objectives through a proactive behavior based on diversity that offers my experience and my perspective to enrich the dynamics of the group and address challenges from multiple approaches.

An INNOVATIVE MINDSET, with these clear dimensions:
a) Risk. Risk tolerant. Systematic when it comes to identifying, managing and minimizing its impact and also when it comes to differentiating what represents innovation and what represents improvement.
b) Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial spirit that is accompanied by analysis and decision-making under the criterion %22workable, feasible, scalable%22, when designing solutions to meet either the needs or expectations of customers
