Jose L. Ponce

Jose Ponce is Founder, President & CEO and Executive Director of CXO Corporation. In his current role, Jose leads CXO’s business strategy and commercial organization, which includes all industry verticals and the consulting business. Jose is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, research and development, and analytics across the company and for supporting the growth of CXO%27s business by partnering with world-class software companies like Microsoft, IBM, and AWS.

Jose has more than 20 years of consulting experience. He has worked with clients in financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, life sciences, and technology. Previously, Jose held various roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of Program Management, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure Engineering & Operations, Application Development, Portfolio Management, and Process Reengineering while working for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Merck and Kraft delivering projects and developing complex application systems to support global business units. He has provided advisory to CIOs and Vice Presidents of Information Technology at Fortune 500 and SMB companies and participated in several Board of Directors meetings as Technical Expert and Advisor.

Jose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering and post-graduate studies from the University of Western Ontario - Richard Ivey School of Business. Jose is also an active Real Estate Investor, Investor in Virgin Hyperloop One and Equity Investor in a New York-based Fintech company with 18 billion USD Assets under management. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
