Jori Santeri Eskolin

I am social, direct, and people-oriented person and leader. I like to challenge others, and I expect them to do the same – and I always try to encourage people to ask why, take initiative, define the objectives and targets, take responsibility, take risks and even make mistakes as a part of learning.

I am active and initiative, extrovert and energetic. My aim is to develop myself and environment where I am working at the time and I have always offered some real value for my employers and its employees: pure savings, agility, enabling continuous learning, committed and smiling faces everywhere, new level of capacity, capability and flexibility.

My key missions during the last 20 years have been change management and creation of agile way-of-working and lean-agile culture. Target has always been in making the change holistically: at all possible organization levels based on customer needs and demands, not just based on any doctrine. The common objectives have been mutually shared continuous learning, creating of key structures as a whole system, purpose creation, breaking the silos, finding ways for efficient way-of-working and sense of belonging. Other objectives have been creating culture of psychological safety and in the end real value creation to organizations and its people. So, changing and coaching organizational culture from reactive to collaborative, continuously learning self-organized system is in the core of who I am as a human and as a professional.

I have visited and co-operated with roughly 200 companies all over the world. So I have experience of leading extensive amount of key breakthrough projects at different kind of environments with significant results.
