As founder of Financial Tree for Companies, I work alongside entrepreneurs and management teams as a CFO and strategic finance partner, helping growth companies and SMEs turn financial insight into better business decisions.

My experience ranges from strengthening financial structures, cash flow management and management reporting to building financial plans, supporting growth decisions and guiding companies through funding processes. I help entrepreneurs understand their financing needs, prepare their business for external funding and navigate discussions with banks, investors and other financing partners.

As an advisor, I aim to be a pragmatic and constructive sparring partner to founders, management teams and shareholders. I bring an entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong financial expertise, helping boards challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and understand the financial impact of strategic choices.
