I’m Jonathan Papeleu, a strategic growth and commercial leader with over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, account leadership, and people management in international markets.

I currently serve as Country Director at 1423 ApS, where I lead cross-functional teams to accelerate market expansion, optimize commercial operations, and build strategic partner ecosystems across multiple territories. I also hold a board/leadership role at Sherpa Business Solutions, bringing governance perspective to growth-oriented SMEs.
