What can I contribute to the Board?
On the Board, I contribute experience in business planning, goal setting, organizational growth and culture development.

Based on nearly two decades of experience in senior leadership positions in both global and Swedish high-growth organizations, I add value to companies with growth ambitions that need strategic planning capability at Board level to reach their goals.

Current role and previous positions
Currently, I act as a senior advisor to CEOs and executive teams through my own company.

In previous senior leadership positions, I have contributed in both listed and privately held growth companies. During my time at Recipharm, the company grew from 400 employees in Sweden to 9,000 employees across three continents, with a CAGR of 30%. During my time at Nordberg Medical, we grew the company from 8 employees to 130 employees in 19 countries.

Board experience and positions of trust
In previous roles, I have been rapporteur in the Board’s Remuneration Committee in a mid-cap company, and I have also served as a Board Member and Deputy Board Member in subsidiary Boards.

Personal strengths
Personally, I have a strong ability to see the whole picture — from strategy to implementation. I am structured and have a strong ability to coach and act as a sounding board to ensure progress on agreed strategies.
