Fourteen years military joined Serco plc as a Communications Consultant. I left after fourteen years as a main board director and CEO of Services business. Participated in two startups, then to BT Global for ten years to drive outsourcing into the lifecycle of circuits and broadband. Over forty years of accumulated experience at the forefront of digital-driven business change. Of specific interest is my skills in developing the best from teams in deal cycles, delivering Innovation as a core part of business outcomes and now focused on migrating the business to service outcomes to align more closely with our customers and their customers.
