30+ years as Innovation Manager at P&G. 12 years in China (building the group & capability there), 4 years in the USA but with European roots. Left P&G at their global open innovation manager.
Since then been active in basically 3 area%27s:
- Private equity - as investor as well as taking various board roles - 9.5 Ventures etc.
- Teaching about Leadership development and Innovation management - at the Franklin Covey group (7 Habits of highly effective people), but also universities - Antwerp, Solvay Business School (Brussels) etc.
- Consultancy - An own consultancy company (Becoming-Aware), as well as being Co-founder of EI4I.BE - focussed on (building) Open Innovation Eco-systems.
