I have significant board-level experience advising Ultra High Net Worth family offices and international trustee groups. I specialize in private equity fund assessment and management in converging markets, as well as global venture capital opportunities. I am a seasoned professional in the areas of: international corporate governance, modern compliance issues, and complex investor relations. I have acted as a successful expert advisor and director on $US2 billion worth of M&A deals, large scale government privatizations, and IPOs. Additionally I have originated, managed, and monetized $US1 billion in private equity, venture capital, and captive regulated funds.

Prior to more recent ventures, I was the Head of Private Equity for Deloitte in Central Europe, where I focused on extensive bank restructurings, national privatisations, IPOs, the steel industry, and the oil & gas sector.

I have a wide array of M&A advisory experiences in Central & Eastern Europe, Switzerland, the UK, and Singapore over 30 years. I acted as lead advisor to the Romanian government on the successful $US900m restructuring and privatisation of Sidex Steel, the country%27s largest enterprise. Other notable M&A clients have included U.S. Steel, Singapore%27s Tolaram Group, Estonian Telecom, Erste Bank, Tchibo Coffee, Poland & Latvia’s Central Banks, Rive Gauche Cosmetics, Rietumu Banka, Swedbank, Norway’s Ahold Holding, and CSX Rail.
