In 1995, I was one of the founder of AT&T Solutions. This was the outsourcing arm of AT&T. I led sales and architect teams won hundred million dollar outsourcing contracts against IBM and EDS. I was also the chief architect on the IBM Global Network acquisition for $5 billion dollars.
For the past 12 years, I have advised dozens of Fortune 500 companies on their Digital Transformation strategies. The key element in all of these engagements was getting the executives to recognize that successful business change is driven by people. The majority of changes fail because of behavior and culture of the organization. My strength is advising executives on how to shape their culture to enable successful transformation.
