Why do I advise and coach other businesses and C-staff?
I gives me great pleasure when I can help them win public bids of 100+ millions or when I helped a small company fund their startup that drove them towards a listing and a value of many 100 millions.
I truly love to remember helping a company from bankruptcy through a capital injection by a local contact boosting their value in 2 years to almost ½ billion SEK.
The passion is not the scale but the success from start to finish that is also taking an invention that got stuck during the development and by accepting a role as an external CEO helping them get back on track and find a suitable team to take it to next step towards success.
What can I do for your company?
My goal in every assignment is to find a strategy together and then see it through! It is not the usual way, but it is the right one in my opinion, even though it is not always the most lucrative for me, it is still the most rewarding!
I tell you what you don%27t want to hear sometimes. I am open, fair, and always try to find what%27s best for the company and the owners! We will get to the goal together or not at all!
As a senior advisor I follow through and do not just give standard advise that you can get anywhere. It is a commitment and should be from both parties...
I am always looking for new, interesting, companies and no fields are excluded as I worked and want to work in many different sectors in order to find new ideas, solutions and best practices to share in different sectors and companies. The size of a company or the stage of development must be in a phase where you are either starting a growth journey or got stuck and need to get new perspectives and start over! All is open and I love to work with both inventors, entrepreneurs, and scientists. Previously aiding companies in cancer treatment, IT, IOT, Life-science, Health-tech, Med-tech, Food-tech and many other sectors.
The expertise of the funders, board of directors and C-staff is the foundation for the company’s success. Together we make the most of it! It%27s that simple!
