With over 15 years of experience in HR and culture, I%27ve had the chance to be part of establishing HR to many growth companies; basically I%27m used to doing almost everything and the role is always a bit different. If I don%27t know how to do it, I know who to ask to get it done :) I have extensive experience in both operational and strategic HR and how to build, develop and lead culture. I%27m a doer and a starter, I like to move fast, and work with a team that shares similar values and joint vision.   My core life values: 💛 I believe in the good in people and that positive mindset is one of the most powerful tools 🌱 I accept that I%27m always a work in progress and so is everyone else 💫 I%27m curious about life and want to learn something new as often as possible  I%27m also a coach, my training is brain and neuroscience based, both from Neuroleadership institute and Neurozone, this is my passion and great interest that I practise as much as I have time.   In the future, I hope to create a digital service or tool related to culture and leadership and potentially start my own business.
