Johanna Koskela

I have worked most of my time with growth companies. I hae been entrepreneur and before it I get wild experience from finance departments. As an entrepreneur I have been able to realise growth, business trading, set up a company in Sweden and sell the whole group (Finnish and Swedish company) to Swedish family company, Stena. I have merged companies and been as CEO many years. What I have learned this journey is that never stand still, investigate different possibilities and remember owners will.
I belive that a competent manger should provide continous training, therefore I stady in Aalto EMBA and I have graduaded from HHJ and HHJPro. I am intrested in board work because I want to share my experience and knowledge.
