I%27m a commercially driven general manager with over 15 years of experience leading sales organisations and business units across Belgium and Luxembourg. Currently GM Belux at Cosentino, where I manage a cross-functional team, dealer and architect networks, and full P&L responsibility for a premium B2B/B2C product portfolio.

Before that, I built sales teams and commercial processes at Jungheinrich and ECI — giving me a broad base across distribution, capital equipment, and premium materials. What runs through all of it: getting people aligned, building commercial momentum, and turning strategy into something that actually sticks on the ground.

Alongside my corporate role, I actively analyse SME acquisition opportunities — evaluating business models, deal structures, and the operational side of ownership transitions. It%27s given me a practical lens on what founder-led businesses actually look like from the inside.
