My experience includes leadership roles with organizations such as the Washington Commanders and Chicago Fire FC, where I have overseen game-day operations, fan experience, premium hospitality, event execution, workforce engagement, and cross-functional operational planning. In addition to my sports industry experience, I have led large-scale entertainment and hospitality operations for globally recognized brands. At Carnival Cruise Line, I was responsible for delivering entertainment experiences that engaged thousands of guests daily, leading diverse teams across programming, operations, and guest experience. As Senior Vice President of Member Experience at Inspirato, I oversaw luxury hospitality and service delivery for a high-net-worth membership base, driving initiatives focused on customer loyalty, personalized experiences, service excellence, and organizational performance.
