I have accumulated over 15 years of work experience in the fields of distressed M&A, Investment Banking (The Buy-Side), Corporate Finance, Fundraising, Real Estate and Business Development earned in a well-recognized RE and Distressed Asset Investor, Fund & Asset Manager/Servicer and Industrial Real Estate Developer. I also have a proven track record of capital-raising from institutional investors (private equity boutiques and investment banks based in Europe, Czech top banks and municipalities). I have built up a reputable valuation/investment team and RE division that are priced by London based investors and investment/hedge funds. I also worked as Managing Director of a fast-growing online company in Latin America that has successfully transformed from a start-up company into a global market leader. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.

Current Focus:

Investment area – deal sourcing (robust pipeline of RE “off-market” projects), negotiation with investors/sellers, deal structuring and closing, preparation of investment memorandums/presentations, preparation and management of large due diligence processes in the CEE region.

Buy & sell side mandates - majority within the manufacturing and engineering industry. Sourced, managed and successfully closed five EUR 20 million mid-market transactions in 2024/2025.

Fundraising activities - strong network of institutional players, private equity boutiques and funds (500+ contacts in Europe, UK and US), securing seed and equity financing, presenting projects to banks and institutional players, securing leverage financing, negotiating with banks and loan/fund providers. I am currently engaged to represent several large funds to raise capital and/or bring on board strategic investor(s) from EU, UK and US.

Finance and Valuations - Creation of all types of financial and investment models, reporting packages, money management systems, cash flow projections. Over 1000 models built from scratch - ongoing businesses, distressed assets, RE developments etc.

Strategic consulting services - business plan development, support for long-term investment and corporate decisions, territorial expansion, portfolio diversification, and more.
