With my extensive experience as a senior HR executive, which allows me to advise companies in all areas of HR (organization, culture, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and development, labor relations, etc.), I combine my background in retail, food & beverages, FMCG, services, and insurance companies. My education is high-level, but I particularly highlight the completion of the Program for Directors and Advisors at ESADE, a prestigious Spanish Business School that develops this leading program in Spain in collaboration with PwC. In fact, I already advise companies and startups in the mentioned sectors as an Advisor.
