During 25+ years I gained extensive experience leading and transforming global teams, offering innovative technological solutions to clients in the public and private sector. Throughout my career technology has been at the forefront, from chip-based smart cards for the telecom and banking sector to full end-to-end Identity Management solutions aimed to provide citizens means to securely identify themselves, in person or digitally. P&L scope of €500 million and experienced with M&A, both acquirer and acquiree side, and integration and cultural transformation of businesses and teams.

I believe in empowerment, diversity and leading by example and am appreciated for my open and positive attitude – I don’t believe in problems but challenges and always consider the glass half-full!
