Viima is the most widely used and highest rated innovation management software in the world with 15000+ organizations signed up. As one of the founders, I%27ve been doing whatever it takes to get the business to the next level but my primary responsibility has been to build our growth strategy and engine around product-led growth fuelled by inbound and online marketing.

With a strong product and relentless execution of a scalable, marketing-driven business model, we bootstrapped Viima from nothing to 7-figure ARR with a 70+% YoY growth rate and an EBITDA of ~38% before being successfully acquired by a PE backed company in March 2021.

In addition, I%27ve been recognized as one of the key thought leaders and bloggers on innovation. Viima’s blog, for which I’m the editor and primary author, became the most popular innovation blog in the world with more than 100k monthly sessions.

Prior to Viima, I was an early employee and help a number of roles at RELEX, one of the fastest growing software companies in Europe. In addition, I%27ve been advising a number of other SaaS and technology companies in Finland and abroad, and am currently serving as a board member at one of them.
