As a board member, I contribute three things that are difficult to find combined in one profile: operational credibility from hands-on CEO roles in complex multi-country environments, governance experience accumulated through current chairman positions at Nordic Health Group, Green Equity and JuroMiru, and cultural translation built over 35 years bridging Northern and Southern European business cultures across eight languages.

Over three decades of international operational leadership, I combine Nordic governance rigour with Latin market fluency. As a turnaround CEO, I reversed a -50% EBIT position at Inditex Scandinavia into stable 5% margins while growing revenues from €15M to over €200M, and navigated a €43M private aviation group through the 2008 financial crisis. Since 2000, I have executed over €1B in cross-border M&A transactions across 15 sectors spanning private equity, healthcare, green energy and financial services.
