Jeren Roseau

A senior Finance and Market Access executive with over 20 years of P&L leadership in highly regulated global industries, I bring to the boardroom the financial rigour of a CFO who has held full accountability for businesses up to $1.1Bn, and the commercial intelligence of an executive who has shaped how major products are priced, valued, and brought to market in regulated environments. Born in Turkmenistan, educated in Europe — Engineering degree, MSc Finance from Paris Dauphine, Certified Management Accountant — I have operated across 20 countries in EMEA, building trust with regulators, partners, and teams in environments where cultural fluency is not a soft skill but a commercial necessity.

I am particularly well-suited for boards of growth-stage and internationally expanding companies — including businesses entering highly regulated markets, post-Soviet and Central Asian geographies, or multicultural environments — as well as listed companies in life sciences, healthcare, and adjacent regulated sectors. I bring immediately deployable expertise to Audit & Risk Committees.

My board contributions rest on three foundations: the ability to interrogate the financial assumptions behind strategic decisions, not just the outcomes; direct experience leading organisations through disruption — having restructured an 18-affiliate portfolio following the largest loss-of-exclusivity event in pharmaceutical history; and the cultural range to engage authentically with stakeholders across geographies, backed by fluency in four languages and proficiency in two more.
