Jeremy Earnshaw

I have over 25 years of Main Board CFO experience across multiple sectors including Pharma, Healthcare, Real Estate, Housing, Manufacturing & Distribution. I have held CFO posts in PLC (x2), Private Equity, Venture Capital (x2), Regulated and Private entities.

Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered results including profit improvement, cost reductions, strategic growth, funding execution and integration of M & A. In this respect, I have been the lead executive on over 20 transactions including two reverse takeovers, and managed all the elements of the transactions covering financing and sale & purchase agreements. I have also led a VC-backed MBO through a full UK Stock Exchange IPO as CFO, delivering a %2749 for 1%27 return for shareholders.

I complement my financial, treasury, legal, risk and governance skills by being a fully qualified and trained Executive Coach & Mentor, and I am further extending my experience in this area by currently undertaking a part-time MSc Masters Degree at Newcastle University in the UK.

Finally, I already operate as a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor in three organisations - an EdTech Early-Stage entity, a Technology-led Flexible Office Facilities Online platform, and a UK-based Housing Association.
