I’m a leadership and organisational advisor with global experience across retail, hospitality and service industries in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. I partner with founders and executive teams to design systems that enable leadership to scale, reduce dependency on individuals, and build durable capability in people and teams.

My work focuses on leadership & management effectiveness, succession and capability building, and supporting teams through strategic transitions and international growth. I help organisations move decision-making down, anchor accountability up, and create clarity so people can lead rather than just do.
