Through ValueFabric™, I support investment committees, boards, and executive teams on the design, oversight, and rollout of AI-native operating models that strengthen decision-making, governance, and value creation across portfolios.
My role focuses on helping investors and PortCos move from fragmented AI initiatives to one unified operating fabric—aligning data, workflows, risk, compliance, and execution into a scalable, self-improving system that performs across market cycles.
Typical mandates include:
AI-native operating model strategy at fund and portfolio level
Portfolio intelligence & predictive decision systems for ICs and boards
Operating leverage & execution acceleration across finance, ops, GTM, and risk
Governance, risk & compliance by design in regulated environments
Exit-by-design architectures to support value realization and readiness
ValueFabric™ operates as the world’s first Academic–Portfolio Company Collaboration for AI-Native Operating Systems, combining frontier academic research with real operating environments from investors and portfolio companies—creating capabilities that cannot be built in isolation.
Together with AlpsGenAI, we extend these operating systems across non-financial industries, allowing the Fabric to learn across portfolios, sectors, and workflows.
