I specialize in building inclusive people strategies, supporting leadership capability, and guiding companies through cultural integration and growth. What makes me a strong advisor or board member is my ability to combine strategic people governance—like succession planning, DEI accountability, and performance culture—with real operational insight across diverse, international contexts.

Beyond my HR work, I’m deeply committed to community and empowerment. I’m the founder of Sollentuna Stroller, a wellness movement encouraging women—especially mothers—to reclaim fitness and mental wellbeing through nature-based walks, runs, and community support. I also founded Stockholm Culture Café, a storytelling platform focused on heartfelt experiences of integration and belonging, and I serve as a Senior Advisor at TEDxStockholm, helping shape ideas that drive inclusion and impact.
