I have been in the entrepreneurial sector all my lifetime in different positions: as a banker, as a CFO, as a Director of a Venture Capital Fund, as an Advisor or Member of the Board. In all these circumstances, I am sure that the CEO´s need the skills of independent Directors. Their decisions will be much better analized and evaluated. Medium companies and early stage are the ones I could add value in their Boards. Mostly in accelerating their business processes, or in adopting best practices. Both in the financial perspective and the HR management.
