For over 25 years, I have helped global businesses close the gap between strategic ambition and commercial execution, working at board level and in the operational detail, often at the same time.

As employee #30 at AKQA, I founded and built the agency%27s Berlin office from scratch, growing it to more than 70 people, and winning Volkswagen as AKQA%27s largest-ever new business client. My work there included the VW Digital Business Strategy and Audi on Demand. I went on to spend seven years at WPP as Global Client Lead, orchestrating marketing transformation for Shell, Volvo, and bp and aligning integrated agency capabilities across MediaCom, AKQA, Wunderman Thompson, and Kantar to drive measurable business impact at scale. As Partner for Automotive Transformation at Deloitte Digital, I led the Future of Marketing proposition in partnership with Apple, Google, and Facebook, presenting strategic programmes directly to the Hyundai board in Seoul.

I now work independently with enterprise brands and marketing services businesses navigating significant change, from transformation programmes and operating model resets to the practical integration of AI into how marketing teams work and deliver. I currently serves as Non-Executive Director and adviser across a portfolio of AI-enabled businesses, giving me a current, practitioner-level view of how AI is reshaping product, service, and commercial models.
