Jason Ming

Jason has over 15 years experience helping organisations drive aggressive growth strategies and tackling complex strategic and transformation initiatives. His experience ranges from working with founders in early startups to C-Suite executives in large scale enterprises. Roles includes:
- Helping CBA maximise ROI from $1.4bn in capital projects by implementing a product driven operating model including restructuring of teams and overhauling delivery governance and investment models.
- Leading major strategic initiatives for Qantas including development of their Business Loyalty Program taking it from a blank sheet of paper to launch in under 6 months.
- Working in emerging tech startups and helping them launch ranging from use of AI to support astronauts for space missions with NASA, and the role of crypto to support political fundraising in the US.

Jason currently leads a Startup Investment Syndicate with a network of 150+ highly connected investors that invests in early stage and reviews over 500 startups a year who are looking for investment.
