I’m a result-oriented change leader focusing on business transformations. Performance improvements seldom happen without changing the culture as well. I tackle the change with people as my greatest asset and I enjoy leading people through their individual change curve.
I am used to working with big corporations, start-ups and scale-ups. Size of the company is not important - I thrive with energy, high clock speed and passion within the organizations.
My transformations are always started from the customer and people perspective. I operate both on strategic, big picture level as well as on the individual process level with all its details. Understanding the details is important for creating quick fixes but even more important for creating lasting results on the level of processes and cultural dynamics. As my transformation clock speed is extremely high, I have learned to listen the individual viewpoints in great detail and at the same time relentlessly communicating the change path internally and externally.
