I have over 20 years experience from various roles and responsibilities in technology export (project / machinery / OEM components / embedded components). Throughout my career I have accepted interesting new assignment outside of my comfort zone learning the job, executing the project or program, and generated results. These assignments have offered me unique learning opportunities and a lot of experience. The recent years I have worked mainly with responsibilities to ensure the companies can grow and expand internationally.

I have wide experience from different functions and operations in various size companies - from multinational corporations to VC financed startups and entrepreneur managed organizations.

I can assist with growth strategies, strategic change, and international expansion. I have experience from commercial project management, project sales, commercial business management, international expansion, strategy processes, go-to-market strategies, partnership arranments and JV%27s, organic and inorganic growth, ownership structures, reorganizing existing activities to meet the future needs and setting up new activities.
